    1

    ESTIMATE

I need to understand your project, the scope of work, and the layout you want.

You can either email or call me with your (BrianPruittCarpentry@gmail.com or 803-989-0143) architectural drawings or rough sketches with dimensions and specs. This will allow me to work on an initial estimate.

In addition, photos of the existing space and a mood board will help us visualize your project and get a better idea of the desired look and feel.

    2

    CONSULTATION

If the initial estimate is within your budget, then we will work with you to establish the details of the design.

We will meet on-site or from afar, depending on logistical circumstances and project parameters, to confirm measurements and check the existing space.

After this meeting, we will have a clear idea of the layout, the materials, and finish you like and an approximate timeline for the project. Then we will be able to provide a detailed price quote which will include specifications. This will be submitted for your review & acceptance.

    SHOP DRAWINGS

The payment plan stated in the contract will explain when payments should be made and how each one precedes the following phase of production: Design, Fabrication and Installation or delivery.

As soon as I receive the deposit, we will book your project into our schedule. I will produce a final set of manufacturing drawings (if applicalble) which will show the final measurements and materials.

Once you sign off the shop drawings along with the contract, fabrication to installation is straight forward.

    4

    INSTALL

Once production is complete I will inform you that we are ready to install or deliver.

The turn around time depends on the scope of work which includes, design complexity, type of finish, and materials that all add up time and labor.
